Job Order Received
The employer contacts a recruiter with a request to fill a position. Terms are agreed—either formally or verbally.
Candidate Search Begins
Recruiter advertises online and searches through LinkedIn, Facebook, and their own applicant database.
Screening Applicants
CVs are reviewed. Shortlisted candidates are interviewed by the recruiter.
Employer Zoom Interviews
Top 2–3 candidates are presented to the employer via Zoom.
Best candidate moves to next step: visa eligibility review.
Suitability Check
- Recruiter or licensed adviser discusses:
- Health and police record
- Current job status and notice period
- Readiness for relocation
Offer of Employment
An official job offer is sent.
The candidate has 4–5 days to review and consult with a trusted person or lawyer.
Agreement Signed
The signed agreement is returned to the employer.
Visa Prep Begins
Candidate gathers documents and applies for police clearance.
The employer prepares for the candidate’s arrival.
